by 外電組 荷蘭的正式國名為低地國（Nederland），但基於歷史原因，這個國家內的南北荷蘭省遠比國名響亮，成為舉世通行的國家暱稱。不過未來世人不能再這樣「以偏概全」了，因為荷蘭政府將從 2020 年起砸下 20 萬歐元為國家正名：荷蘭文的國名寫為 Nederland，英文寫為 The Netherlands。
